Dustin Larna

DUSTIN LARNA CEO, Resilient Youth & Community (RYC) Dustin Larna has an over-twenty year career in behavioral health and nonprofit management. Starting in 2001, he began as a youth counselor at Resilient Youth & Community in Ketchikan, Alaska. In 2006, he returned to his home state of Idaho where worked as an Operations Manager for Idaho Youth Ranch. In 2008, he co-founded the Daybreak Canyon Residential Treatment Facility and served as its first Chief Operations Officer (COO) until 2010. He rejoined the Resilient Youth & Community team as the Assistant Director before being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2018. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer since January 2021. Dustin has had a lifelong passion in improving behavioral health services. He is an active member of Alaska Association of Homes for Children (AAHC) and Alaska Behavioral Health Association (ABHA). He also works with other local and state organizations. In his spare time, he likes to go fishing and having quality time with his family.
